Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for car parking?
Car parking is included in your admission ticket.

What should I bring?
A fold-up chair, picnic and a warm blanket.

What should I wear?
The event is outdoors and the temperature can drop significantly after sunset so we do recommend warm clothing.  We would also recommend an extra layer or blanket.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own picnic including alcohol. Wine bottles are fine but please use plastic cups to drink from as opposed to glass that can easily break as animals live on site.

Please take your rubbish home or use the bins provided.

What happens if it rains?
The screening will go ahead in the event of rain.  Please note: we cannot issue refunds unless the show itself does not go ahead.

Cancellation of the event may occur in the event of extreme weather such as high winds or storms.  We will contact you on the morning of the event and will issue a refund, this may take approximately 5 working days.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not allowed during this event.
